Role Definition
Open Door helps you define roles, responsibilities, and parameters within the context of your culture focused on impact rather than activity. We don't draw from boring and boilerplate job descriptions, or use generic ones found on a job board. Roles are defined in a way that is uniquiely and conclusively you.

Leadership 360s
Open Door designs surveys that are unique to your organization, tailored to your culture, contain about 25 questions, and take about 10-15 minutes to complete. We gather feedback through multiple choice, rankings, and short essay-style questions. Leaders solicit feedback from those above, beside, and below in the organization (and sometimes outside) which come to Open Door confidentially. We create leadership development based on identified needs.
Leadership Development
Based on feedback and self-assessments, Open Door designs leadership development to help leaders become visionary and inspiring with an end goal of being people that others love to follow. This isn't making your leaders "nice" as much as it's making them effective. This can involve one-on-one coaching, facilitating team meetings, and other methods as needed.

Open Door Correction Model™
Open Door teaches a four-step solution-oriented correction model that, if used properly, makes correction easier so that it happens earlier, before small problems become big problems with the goal of modifying behavior rather than punishment. The outcome is that people being corrected may understand what needs to change, and be envisioned to improve. If improvement doesn’t happen, you will have a clear path forward and documentation if needed.
